Introducing Alyssa
First off, welcome to our little corner of the web, dedicated to our beautiful little angel, Alyssa Maxine affectionately known to her family as Maxi and Peanut. What you're looking at is basically her online baby book. It's a place for our friends and family to get caught up on what Alyssa is doing, and a way for those who cannot be near to her to see how she is growing up.
For those of you who do not know Alyssa here's a bit of info on the kid: Maxi was born to Ric and Katherine (Katie) on January 27, 2004 in Michigan and has been delighting and wrapping us around her tiny little fingers since the day she was born. Hope you enjoy your visit and return for updates.
Happy 2nd Birthday Alyssa!
Alyssa is now 2!! Yeah Alyssa! She has also begun speaking at a feverish pace. She's becomming more and more understandable as the days go by and has a memory that even we don't believe. We taped the movie Polar Express for her at Christmas and she must have watched it 20 times. Grammy went away for a visit to Oregon in February and when she returned the very first thing Alyssa wanted to do was watch the Choo Choo movie! The things this kid comes up with are unbelievable. She has absolutely no problem asking for what she wants, always followed by a very polite thank you (we're so proud!). Her hair has grown like a weed lately. She has beautiful natural high-lights to her dark hair it is so thick and beautiful. She looks so adorable with it up in pig-tails. Well, that's about it for now. Enjoy the pictures!
